Today marked my first interval run since my knee troubles started a cpl of months ago.
Main Set consisted of 5x(3min Zone 1,3min Zone 3). The top of zone three was starting to get tough. Not because of speed but just dealing with the pain associated with running fast for longer periods of time. That being said I had no troubles completing this workout. Next weeks intervals are going to be much tougher so we will see how that goes.
The rest of the day I am focused on recovery and life.
